How long does it take to process my order and deliver?

All orders are processed from Monday - Saturday. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your orders and an addition 7-15 business days for delivery.

What video quality does the camera record in?

The goggles support 4K ultra-high-definition video and 1080p at 60fps, delivering smooth, sharp footage even during fast downhill movement.

Does the camera have WiFi?

Yes. The built-in WiFi connectivity allows you to connect the goggles to your smartphone, preview footage in real time, and quickly download videos through the companion app.

How long does the battery last?

On a full charge, the camera provides up to 90 minutes of continuous recording, depending on resolution and settings.

Are the goggles comfortable for long ski sessions?

Yes. The goggles are designed with a lightweight frame, adjustable strap, and anti-fog, UV-protected lenses to ensure comfort and clear vision during extended use.

Are the goggles waterproof and snow-resistant?

The camera and housing are built to be snow-proof and splash-resistant, making them suitable for skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports. (Obviously not intended for full underwater use.)

Is a memory card included?

A memory card is not included. The goggles support microSD cards (recommended Class 10 or higher) for optimal recording performance.

What is your refund policy?

It's unlikely you'll need to return your product, but if so, we will refund you for a lost package, if the product was damaged, etc.
